I found a bug or a technical problem. What should I include?
Tell us which tool or game you were using, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened instead. If you can, mention your device and browser too — it makes the fix much faster.
Can I suggest a new tool or feature?
Please do. Several tools on Monkza exist because someone asked for them. Describe the problem you want solved, and if it fits the platform we'll add it to the build list.
Do you charge for support or any of your tools?
No. Everything on Monkza is free to use, and so is writing to us. If a page or tool isn't behaving, just email — no account or payment needed.
How do business and partnership enquiries work?
Email us with "Partnership" in the subject line and a short note about what you have in mind. We're selective, but we read every proposal.
I sent an email — when will I hear back?
We aim to reply within 7 days. If your message needs a detailed answer it may take the full week, but it will not be ignored.
